Electric Umbrella: Reflections on Our Charity Day
Last week, Westbrook Hay came together for a charity day in support of Electric Umbrella. The pupils and staff donned their hats, each one representing support for our chosen charity. Electric Umbrellas’ mission has resonated with us all. Through music, creativity, and community, they empower individuals with learning disabilities. Our non-uniform day wasn’t just about fashion; it was about making a difference. Together, we have raised awareness and funds for Electric Umbrella’s inspiring projects. Whether it was a cap or a beret, every hat symbolised our commitment to inclusion and support. During the assembly, we celebrated Electric Umbrella’s achievements. From recording original songs to live performances, their impact is undeniable. We’re proud to be part of it!
